Adam ‘Geordie’ Tallack – Managing Director
After becoming a dad at 19, Adam left university to join the world of work. Falling into a sales career he was a top telesales advisor for o2 in Runcorn then Vodafone in Birmingham. Poached by Orange to sell 3G data solutions to the medium business market he witnessed BlackBerry change the way people do business and then Apple encourage people to be connected at all times. Adam became a sales manager with Orange at age 23 and managed a team of 18 sales advisors as well as being responsible for all training and recruitment for the SABRe department that managed over 5000 SME business accounts. Understanding the switch in focus in mobile devices from voice and text to data was instrumental in Adam’s decision to move away from Mobile Telecoms to Digital Marketing; where he became a BESMA (British Excellence in Sales & Marketing Award) winner and two-time Ace award winner at Yell. Undertaking the ABDL (Academy of Digital Business Leaders) Certificate in Digital Marketing and being recognised as a 3 Star certified member of the ABDL he is a genuine digital marketing expert and specialises in generating return on investment from digital advertising for small businesses. His final job before starting his own company was a Digital Account Manager for Rightmove selling digital advertising to the UK’s largest new homes builders. During his 18 months at Rightmove he increased his region’s sales revenue by over 25% year on year before leaving to follow his dream of providing opportunities of success to young people.
